Ben Affleck’s Platinum Blonde Hair Goes Viral

Ben Affleck still has what it takes to wow his fans. Just recently, photos of him sporting a new hairstyle went viral. He was rocking a platinum blonde hair for his historical thriller called The Last Duel. This new hairstyle was an effective way for him to get into his character.

So what does he have to say about his hairstyle going viral? He was actually asked about his blonde hair making headlines online and all the 47-year-old actor has to say was that he couldn’t believe it because he himself hasn’t seen the pictures. He admitted he was nervous because there are shots which are good because they were taken from the right angle while in others, he saw himself as a grown-up Draco Malfoy from Harry Potter who had a hard life and a goatee.

He also opened up about his character in The Way Back where he plays the role of a widowed former basketball player who has problems with addiction and who was planning on being a basketball coach. He said that he could easily relate with the character he’s portraying and with some of the scenes in the movie. His role as a recovering alcoholic hit a chord in his own life when he was drinking a lot and was unhappy.

Meanwhile, Affleck has been open about his battle with alcoholism which greatly affected his family. He said he doesn’t want his kids to be scared of him which is one of the hardest parts about being a child of someone who is an alcoholic.

On the other hand, the actor also said that he is doing his best and is hoping that is enough. He admitted that he doesn’t have a choice but to be the man he wants to be at this point in his life. He added he doesn’t have any room for failure.

Ben Affleck is indeed a changed man. He said he watched some of his old movies and realized he doesn’t feel that way anymore as an actor. According to him, he feels more connected to his real feelings now. He is hoping to do movies like this one wherein he feels like he really had been on a journey and hit his mark at the end of the day.

The Way Back is coming to theatres on March 6, 2020.
