Regarding the end of his 10-year marriage to Megan Fox, Brian Austin Green is speaking out.
The star explains on the latest episode of his podcast “With Brian Austin Green” that in the end of 2019, he and the Transformers actress began going their separate ways.
He announced that he wanted people to hear everything from him, adding that Megan shared this sentiment, along with Machine Gun Kelly – her rumoured beau, who Brian calls by Colson, his real name.
In the fall of last year, Brian revealed that Megan left him and their children for 5 weeks to shoot a movie, during which he dreamed they split – describing that in there, she came back from work, that they were distant, and that things were off and weird.
He texted Megan the next day about his dream and though “shocked,” she assured him that everything’s “fine.”
Once she returned however, he says that they began behaving “almost exactly” as they did in his dream.
She told him they’d talk about it later when he confronted her about this, which he felt wasn’t a “very good” sign, and as Megan would later tell him that she was happier being alone; his intuition would prove to be correct.
As they’ve seen with other couples, when reality started sinking in, they’d rather end things sooner to prevent a potentially “volatile situation.”- Advertisement -
Brian explained that there’s no reason for it to be that way with them for they had always been honest with each other, he knows she will always love him, and what they have built as a family is really cool and special.
Despite being on the same page about their relationship, he said this has been a “big change” for them both.
At the end of the day, the BH90210 doesn’t want Megan or Colson to be “vilified” in this situation, so he’s been speaking out about it. He insisted that he doesn’t want Colson – whom he’s never met, to be vilified since nobody did anything wrong, and it’s not like he and Megan are separating because somebody cheated or hurt somebody.
After 15-years of being with Megan, Brian acknowledged that “feelings” might “rear their ugly heads” and the split could be anything but messy – but he doesn’t want to “lose” Megan as his friend.
A post he shared on Sunday, he admits “wasn’t meant to be cryptic,” for he only wanted to “be heard” in the situation.
The actor said Megan has told him that MGK is just a good friend, “which she needed” as she processed their split, though she doesn’t wish to speak about their split in a public capacity. He added that he doesn’t want her or him to be looked at in a negative way for doing that, for that’s what good people do – they step up and help people in need, and that’s what he was doing.- Advertisement -
As reported earlier, reality TV star Kristin Cavallari, 33, and former American football quarterback Jay Cutler, 36 split after ten years of togetherness.
