Queens Criminal CourtCardi B had a very dramatic entrance when she showed up at the Queens Criminal Court in the afternoon of December 10 wearing a very large coat with a long train made of feathers and a huge hood that almost covered her face.
The 27-year-old rapper turned heads with her outfit. She completed her stylish look with black pants, white button-down, matching tie and pumps. She was also rocking her signature long fingernails which were painted in light green. In contrast to her outfit, the Grammy-winner wore a barely-there makeup look instead of the usual colorful makeup.
Jeff Kern, Cardi’s attorney, said that her court appearance is a routine calendar call. He also said that Judge Zayas has adjourned the case until January 17 next year. The judge also excused the rapper from appearing to court since the hearings didn’t include her at this time.
A few months ago, Cardi was charged on attempted assault in the second degree to which she pleaded not guilty. This happened during the alleged disagreement that happened in a Queens strip club in 2018 which she was involved in.
On the other hand, defense attorney Nicholas Ramcharitar, said that while they were waiting for their client’s criminal case to be announced, they were informed by Court officers that the Grammy winner would be entering the building with regard to her case in the Queens Criminal Court.- Advertisement -
Meanwhile, Nicholas confirmed that Cardi wasn’t bothered at all with all the cameras and media that surrounded her during her appearance. She appeared to be in a hurry in getting in and out of that building. She was dressed in black and was wearing a black coat with a six-foot train made of black feathers.
Cardi B sure made going to a court room fashionable!
