Celebs Foster Animals Affected by COVID-19 Crisis

The coronavirus has already spread throughout the world and not only humans have been affected but animals as well.

Amid the coronavirus pandemic, animal rights advocates, as well as celebrities, have their eyes on animals. Those who have the means to help an animal have taken action to foster a pet from their local animal shelter.

Recently, Queer Eye’s Antoni Porowski took a bit of stop at Austin Pets Alive! And found himself an adorable pet who is a pit-beagle mixed dog named Neon. He has taken the responsibility to foster and take in his new furry friend. In a video posted by Porowski, he says that it is very important for all of us to extend a helping hand to local shelters because they’re getting less foot traffic amid the COVID-19 outbreak. He also encouraged his followers who have the means, to foster one as well.

Just this morning, Porowski shared how excited they are to give a new temporary home for their furry friend. The shelter also thanked the star for supporting them during this crisis. They also added that they are still open to anyone who is willing to foster a dog or a cat. Not only Porowski but Kyle Chandler, Camila Morrone, Camila Mendes have also done their part.

Austin Pets Alive shared on their social media, days after Porowski stopped by, that Kyle Chandler together with this wife Kathryn Chandler has also stopped by with good intentions. Their hearts were captured by a cute dog referred to as Little Clive and the couple didn’t only plan to give the furry one a temporary home. The couple decided to adopt Little Clive and it’s not their first dog to adopt. The shelter was very grateful for the couple for their continued support.

Camila Morrone also fostered an adorable husky from a shelter in Los Angeles, California. The 22-year-old star got her furry friend from Hollywood Huskies and shared a photo of them on her account. The star shared that fostering a furry friend during this crisis, while everyone is on quarantine, is the best decision that anyone can do.

On Sunday morning, Camila Mendes took to her social media account a snapshot of her new adorable furry companion that she took to a hike in the woods. The Riverdale star shared that she named it Truffle. She fostered her furry friend from @thelabellefoundation in Los Angeles and she urges everyone who has the means to foster one too. The actress encourages everyone to tone down the panic and check every information for its reliability.

As reported earlier, Justin Bieber, Stephen Curry, Justin Timberlake and more celebrities have been donating to COVID-19 relief efforts.
