Chris Cuomo is devastated after his wife Cristina Greeven Cuomo was tested positive for coronavirus.
During his show, Cuomo Prime Time, the journalist was speaking to his brother and at the same time the governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo, when he informed the public that his wife has coronavirus. He said that knowing his wife tested positive broke his heart. It was one thing he was hoping that would not happen but unfortunately it had.
He went on to say that he has been upset but Cristina wasn’t at all. His wife had lost her sense of smell and taste which is common among patients who got the mild case of the virus. Cuomo said he didn’t have that when he had the COVID-19 last month to which he had kept the public updated regarding his symptoms and recovery. He took to social media on March 31 to inform his followers that he had coronavirus and he was experiencing fever, chills, and shortness of breath. He hoped nobody else in his family would have it. He also revealed that he was quarantined in their basement where he also did his shows.- Advertisement -
Meanwhile, the CNN anchor also took to Twitter to post that his wife has COVID-19. He also mentioned that their kids are still healthy. This shook all of them at once and everybody has been stepping up. The couple has three children namely Bella, Mario, and Carolina Regina. The children are helping each other and they’ve become quieter, too. He also expressed he wanted to help his wife as she also helped him.
The governor joked at his brother that his wife is going to blame him for it but there are other things she could blame him for so if he was him, he wouldn’t worry about it. He also assured his brother that he will be better soon because he is at the end of it. He will be up and strong and when everything has been said and done, the whole experience won’t be a bad one for the children to go through. He also added that this will make a bad situation turn to worse but everything will be fine.
As reported earlier, Pink shared her experience after recovering from coronavirus.
