At this moment, stars should be more aware that going on The Late Late Show doesn’t mean sitting down on a serious interview.

The Late Late Show host, James Corden has become known over the years for his creative passion which makes celebrities get pretty silly in his show.  There can be times where they wear cheap costumes and wigs while re-enacting films, perform their songs in a crosswalk and talk about their crazy experiences. As these stars sit on his show, Corden never seems to have any problem convincing these celebrities to participate.

Hollywood’s biggest and brightest stars have once again gathered for a night to remember. On Sunday, at the red carpet of the Oscars 2020, The Late Late Show host revealed the trick of getting famous stars get silly on his show when asked by Ryan Seacrest.

Corden shared that they have a kind of rule where if anybody is worried about looking stupid, they must not worry because he will look even more stupid. He added that with him looking stupid first, it just makes other people and his guests follow the leader.

The 2020 Oscars was James Corden’s first-ever Oscars where he would be presenting an award together with his Cats co-star Rebel Wilson. Wilson kept Corden around for a bit of her interview and the pair seemed to reveal that they haven’t planned anything for their presenting stint. She presented an award during the BAFTA and had the audience roaring with laughter.

Seacrest, on the other hand, suggested that the pair might want to do something funny, but Wilson shared that she wanted a serious role for the night. Corden added jokingly that they are thinking of just coming out and cry. He also added that he wanted to re-enact a particular scene from the nominated Marriage Story.

Well, kidding aside, Rebel Wilson and James Corden definitely stole the show by stepping out on stage dressed up with their Cats costumes to present the award for Best Visual Effects. Before announcing the winner for the said awards, the pair poked fun at their characters as they playfully scratch the microphone.
