Juventus Will Not Be Featured In FIFA 20. Exclusive Deal With Competitor


For the very first time ever, Cristiano Ronaldo’s Juventus will not be featured in the newest installment of the world’s most popular soccer simulator FIFA 20. It has been confirmed that Juventus signed an exclusive deal with FIFA’s competitor Pro Evolution Soccer.

That means that everything, including club’s official kits, stadium, logo and possibly even players will not be available in FIFA 20 all over the world. It is not yet clear wether the player’s names will be changed as well. Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo will is one of the most valuable players in current installment of the soccer simulator.


It is not yet revealed for how long this exclusive deal with Konami and eFootball PES 2020 is signed. But it is already clear that the two rivals will strive for exclusivity with more and more clubs to attract more game players.

Juventus released the following statement regarding the partnership: “The new and exciting partnership with Konami will see the eFootball PES series have exclusive use of Juventus intellectual property within console football video games, including the team name, the crest, and official kits.

“In addition, the development team has been granted in-depth access to the players themselves, via full-body 3D scan, in order to recreate their likeliness in the game as accurately as possible.”

It is also worth mentioning that Cristiano Ronaldo is the FIFA 19 cover star. His character in FUT 19 scores up to a breathtaking 99 total score making it one of the most wanted characters in the game.
