Kendall Jenner isn’t only a pro in the catwalk or fashion business but is also talented in the kitchen. On Sunday, December 1, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reality star took to her Instagram Stories to share a unique food combo for her snack which composed of Golden Oreos and Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream.
The 24-year-old celebrity posted a snapshot of her invention and captioned that she just invented greatness. The photo showed a pint of the ice cream with two cookies.
Jenner’s Oreo cookie of choice is similar with the original Oreos. However, instead of the chocolate cookies, these Golden Oreos are made of lightly sweet golden wafer with the famous crème filling in between. These cookies make an ideal companion for the vanilla-flavored dessert.
In February, Jenner revealed during her appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that she has disliked chocolate for most of her life. It’s no surprise then that she developed a liking for vanilla instead.
However, in early 2018, the supermodel finally had the chance to sample chocolate when she found herself starving while traveling. She said that she had gotten off an 11-hour flight which was followed by another six-hour flight. The plane hadn’t taken off yet so they were not given their food and the only thing she saw was a small Twix. She said she was desperate during that time and just had to try the chocolate and to her surprise, she actually liked it.
That was a life-changing moment for the Kendall + Kylie creator. She said that after that incident, she started to like chocolate and even became obsessed with it.
Obviously, she’s still not that obsessed based on her recent choice for a snack. Meanwhile, other members of the Kardashian-Jenner brood are serious chocolate aficionados.- Advertisement -
Kim Kardashian earlier this month shared her M&M hack where she put several of these chocolate candies in the microwave for 20 seconds before snacking on them. She said that exposing them to heat makes the bite-sized treats hot and deliciously melted. She added that people had no idea how delicious melted M&Ms are. The 39-year-old KKW Beauty founder later referred to this hack as her “secret of life”.
