Kim Kardashian West Struggles with Weight Gain


If you think celebrities like Kim Kardashian West doesn’t have problems maintaining their sexiness, you’re obviously wrong. She has been very open about gaining weight recently and somehow it actually affected the way she dresses herself up.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians reality star tweeted a photo on Thursday, November 22, featuring herself fitting a maroon Versace dress. However, the slinky number was too small for her. She captioned the post with a crying face emoji and the words “How good would this @versace dress have been if it fit😭.”

According to her Instagram Story on November 2, she confirmed that she has gained weight last year. She even posted a video of herself at the gym. She said she was doing a night workout before dinner which is something she never does but then she figured out that she has to do so at some point. She admitted that it was one of her fallen off times and she has gained like 18 pounds up from what she weighted a year and a half ago.

In addition, she also expressed her goal which is to reach her ideal weight once she turns 40 on October 21, 2020.

A source told US Weekly that she is focused on losing weight. The pounds she gained made her feel uncomfortable in her clothes and at the same time made it more difficult for her to find outfits that she feels excited wearing. The KKW Beauty founder has been working out diligently so that she can wear those she wants without worrying about how they’re going to fit. It is unclear though if she has any specific celebrity diet she follows.


The reality star gave birth to her youngest child with husband, rapper Kanye West, last May and she opened up about her weight gain especially because many kept commenting about her weight despite the fact that is looking very healthy.

Kim Kardashian West also wants to inform the public that it takes a lot of hard work for her to stay in shape despite the fact that she has nannies for her children as well as a personal trainer and chef. She also finds it difficult to stick to her constant schedule.

Yet, according to Shannon Nadj, celebrities like Kim should simply relax and keep things balanced.
