Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth Reach Settlement

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have finally worked out the details concerning their divorce and the former couple has reached a settlement and the documents will be filed on Tuesday.

It turned out that the divorce case was not yet complete. The superior court already informed Hemsworth that his case couldn’t proceed unless he is able to deliver his petition and summons to his ex-wife and filed proof with the court. In case he failed to do so, the Hunger Games actor would have had to appear in court on January 21, 2020, in addition to possibly paying a fine.

Cyrus and Hemsworth got married in December 2018 after a decade of on and off relationship. Hemsworth filed for divorce in August 2019 citing irreconcilable differences as the reason. He filed the papers two weeks after they decided to split up. They have agreed to do so thinking it’s the best for both of them as they continue to focus on their careers and themselves.

A few weeks later, the singer was seen vacationing with Kaitlynn Carter but also separated after a month. After this, she was seen kissing the Australian singer, Cody Simpson. It wasn’t until October that Cyrus referred to him as her boyfriend. He was very supportive and stayed by her side after recovering from surgery. However, a few days ago rumors surfaced that Simpson cheated on her with Playboy model Jordy Murray who were seen together last weekend. Cyrus herself shared a post about a sad Christmas song she wrote a few years ago. Meanwhile, Simpson’s sister, Alli, confirmed that the two are still together and the rumors aren’t true at all.

On the other hand, Cyrus isn’t the only one who is moving on. In fact, Liam was also linked to Dynasty star Maddison Brown whom he was seen making out in NYC in October. However, they were not serious towards each other and were just having fun. Meanwhile, he was also linked to Gabriella Brooks, a 21-year-old Australian model whom he shared lunch with together with his parents at Byron Bay, Australia last December 13.

Hopefully, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth can settle their divorce and move on to a new chapter of their lives.
