If you’re a fan of Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber, you’re in for a great treat. A new video mashup of the popular exes has gone viral and you need to hear and see it yourself to know how good it is. The video was created by the Andy Wu Musicland Youtube account and features a remix combining Bieber’s 2015 big hit entitled, “Sorry” and Gomez’s first-ever no. 1 hit “Lose You to Love Me” which is undoubtedly a breakup ballad about their failed relationship.
The viral mashup started with Bieber’s lyrics on top of the songstress’ melody. He can be heard singing the lyrics of his song emphasizing the lines where he sang about how he tried to apologize but he doesn’t do well with apologies and ending with the part on how he needs just one more shot at forgiveness.
Now the verse leveled up when Gomez’s lyrics came in. She’s heard singing the lines that say she had seen the signs but ignored them and ended with “You got off on the hurtin’ / When it wasn’t yours.”
After this, Bieber’s chorus came in which was made even more dramatic with Gomez’s melody in the background. The “Sorry” beat combined with the second verse of the songstress’ song and finally reached its climax when both their choruses were combined.- Advertisement -
It is pretty obvious that the singer’s song is all about her on and off relationship with Bieber noting that he moved on with his wife, Hailey Bieber, only two months after they broke up. The newlywed himself isn’t bothered by her lyrics. He had moved on to the next chapter of his life and is now living it with his wife. He understood that his ex is free to reflect on what happened in her past.
Selena Gomez may have lost in love but she sure made it big with her new single being no. 1 in both the Billboard and Rolling Stone Top 100. According to her, it’s the first time ever in her career as a singer that she has received such recognition. She thanked all her fans especially those who never get tired of streaming her song.
