She said it’s not easy to be walking through what people are walking through right now because it’s not normal. It’s affecting a lot of individuals especially those with mental health issues. These people haven’t thought about things that they’re thinking at the present. She added that it’s confusing.
Gomez admitted that it was difficult to adjust to her new normal at first but he’s grateful for all her blessing and for having a strong support system that surround her as well. According to the celeb, she has great friends and she sees a therapist. She also tries to keep her mind positive. She has learned so much about herself. She added that she has learned so much about her country than she ever has from going to school or anywhere else. She’s grateful for that as well. A lot has changed and she’s already 28.
Last Tuesday, the songstress shared a sneak peek of her new show which featured Selena as she works on her cooking skills during self-isolating at her home during the pandemic.
The footage also showed her getting a virtual lesson from an expert, chef Ludo Lefebvre. She captioned the footage as a little sneak of what she’s cooking up. In the opening scene, she asked Lefebvre what he’s going to teach her to cook. The clips showed her in the kitchen as the chef asked her to get some ingredients.- Advertisement -
