The 2020 Brit Awards have finally revealed this year’s big winners. The annual award was hosted by Jack Whitehall who also hosted the said event last year.
The comedian brought down the house with his funny joke which definitely made the crowd roar over with laughter. Though the event was shadowed over by the grief over the loss of Caroline Flack, former host of Love Island, Whitehall was able to keep everybody happy.
The host started the show by sharing a short tribute to Flack. He started by sharing that over the weekend, they all learned about the awful news that happened to a member of the Brits family and their friend, Caroline Flack, who passed away. He went on to say that she was a kind and vibrant individual and so much fun to be around. According to him, she will be missed and all their thoughts are with her family and friends during this difficult time.
After this short tribute, Lewis Capaldi sang “Someone You Loved” and after a while, the atmosphere was filled with excitement and anticipation as the winners were awarded. Here’s a full list of the nominees and the winners.
