Vanessa Bryant Shares Tribute to Daugther Gianna

Vanessa Bryant didn’t only lose a husband but also a daughter, 13-year-old Gianna. She took to Instagram to share a special tribute to her loving daughter who, like her dad, was an aspiring basketball player who was gone too soon.

The mother shared on Instagram a note saying how much she misses her daughter. She went on to say that she’s been lucky to wake up every morning for the past 13 years seeing her beautiful face and smile. She wishes she could do it until her last breath. She ended her post by saying how much she loves her to the moon and back.

Meanwhile, she included a photo with her post showing what looked like a special tribute to Gigi at a school gymnasium. Her post showed up on Instagram after she shared some unforgettable memories with her late husband, Kobe. She said in her post how much she misses her best friend, best daddy, and loving husband together with a photo of the Los Angeles Lakers basketball legend.

Vanessa and her family are still mourning the deaths of Kobe and Gianna but many celebrities, friends, and fans offered their love and support. In fact, fans were given the opportunity to give back and make a difference by donating to the Mamba Sports Foundation’s MambaOnThree Fun. This will help support the families of those who also lost their loved ones during the tragedy. Meanwhile, those who want to offer their support to the legacy of Kobe and Gianna in youth sports can also donate to the Mamba Sports Foundation.

In a recent Instagram post, Vanessa said that she and her daughters are grateful to the millions of people who offered their love and support during this horrific period of their lives. She thanked them for the prayers, which she admittedly said they need at the moment. She also said that she is taking comfort in knowing that Kobe and Gigi were aware of how much they were loved. She went on by saying that they were blessed to have them and referred to them as their beautiful blessings who were taken from them too soon.

Meanwhile, there are no announcements yet regarding the funeral arrangements and public memorials for the fallen basketball star and his daughter.
